At Blendeal, we strive to deliver your orders swiftly and securely. Getting your order on time – and understanding how the Blendeal shipping process works – can save you unnecessary stress and surprises. 

- Payment and Warehouse Processing:

At Blendeal, we don’t ship orders the moment you hit “purchase.” Here’s how it works:

  1. Payment Confirmation – First, we confirm your payment has gone through successfully.

  2. Warehouse Processing – After payment confirmation, your order moves into our warehouse queue. We operate multiple warehouses around the globe, where items are carefully prepared, packed, and checked for accuracy and quality. You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

  3. Shipping Notification – Once your package is ready and handed over to the courier, you’ll receive a notification with tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey.

Processing times may vary depending on the item and season (holidays or peak times may take longer), but we always aim to get your order shipped as quickly and securely as possible.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends / holidays*).

* Please expect shipping delays in January and February due to Wearhouse clearance, inventory processing, and holiday closures

2. Shipping Time

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight (per kg). Free shipping kicks in once your order hits the minimum amount. Check the table below to see the details:

* Customer may still need to pay fee to the final delivery address where is usually done by local carriers after the package arrives in the destination country, Blendeal cannot directly waive or bear this cost.

3. Tracking & Support

You’ll receive a tracking number via email & in your Blendeal account once your order ships.

For delays: 

While Blendeal gives you a delivery window estimate, a few things can delay your package:

  • Flight arrangements and weather conditions.
  • Carrier and customs delays.
  • Processing and warehouse time.
  • Peak seasons like holidays or sales.
  • Shipping to rural or remote areas.
  • Incorrect or incomplete address details.

For lost packages:

If your package hasn’t arrived by the end of the estimated delivery window, it’s important to act fast. You need to reach out to Blendeal customer service within 45 days of the payment date contact us at info@blendeal.com 

We can help if the tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received anything, or if something is missing or incorrect in your order.

After the 45-day window, it may be too late to resolve the issue.

4. Returns

Enjoy peace of mind with our 30-day free return shipping. From the day your order is delivered, you have 30 full days to send eligible items back to us—completely hassle-free.

5.Damages

Damaged items? Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
